Return & Exchange Policy

Eligible Items

All purchases (excluding swimwear, underwear, lingerie, accessories, final-sale items, bundle deals, and mystery boxes) can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be in brand-new, unused, undamaged condition and in their original packaging. Ensure that all components included in the original package remain intact.

Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Purchase Not Eligible for Return

  • Final-sale items, bundle sales, and mystery boxes are not eligible for return.
  • Swimwear, underwear, lingerie, bags, and accessories can only be returned if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received.
  • When returning such items due to defect or wrong-item issues, you must email us a clear picture showing the problem or defect after submitting the return request.

Note: Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.

How to Make Your Return

Contact our customer service at service@fulchill.com. Clearly state the reason for your return. Our customer service team will then guide you through the subsequent steps, which may include providing you with the necessary return instructions and relevant forms if required.

Once we receive your return and verify that it meets the return criteria, please allow 3-7 business days for us to process it.

Refund Process

Return the item in its original packaging, with all tags attached. Once we receive and verify the returned item, the refund amount will be returned to the original payment channel within 3-7 business days.

Note: Generally, the original shipping charges for an order (if any) are non-refundable.

Kind Reminder before Returning

  • Ensure that the items you are returning match the details of your return request. Do not include any additional items that are not part of the return request.
  • All return requests must be made through our official customer service channels. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Order Cancellation

  • If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a full refund.
  • Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to accept cancellation requests.
