Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the package weight and the destination. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates to ensure you get the best value for your purchase.

Order Delivery Example

For example, if you order a shirt, it will typically require 1 day of processing time and then 7 - 13 days of shipping time. So, you can expect to receive it in 8 - 14 business days.

(Note: There is different processing time for different items. You can check the processing time from the product page on www.fulchill.com. Once your order is placed, you can check order shipping info from the online order status page. We will also inform you through your registered email.)

Note for Taxes

For most countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties, or VAT (Value - Added Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, and the UK, etc.), you may need to pay duties or VAT according to your country’s levying rules.
