Global Shipping

• Orders shipped via Global can qualify for free shipping if they meet the free shipping order threshold.
• If the total shipping fee is within Shop’s free shipping subsidy, your order will ship free.
• If the shipping fee exceeds the subsidy cap, you will only pay the amount that exceeds the cap.

Domestic Shipping

• Orders shipped domestically are also eligible for free shipping if they meet the threshold.
• Free shipping applies when the shipping fee is within the subsidy limit; any amount over the cap will be charged to the buyer.

Additional Information

Some products may be eligible for different free shipping promotions. The Shop will automatically apply the best available offer for your order.

Individual sellers may also offer their own free shipping events for items in their store.

Shop with TikTok Return Policy

For eligible purchases, you can return a product for any reason within 30 calendar days from the date you received it and get a refund.

Most items can be returned using a prepaid return shipping label or QR code with one of our shipping partners (UPS, USPS, FedEx, or Walgreens).

Some shops and products may have different return periods (longer or shorter than the standard 30-day return window), return fees, seller warranties, and/or non-refundable shipping fees. These can be reviewed on each product's details page.

• Please handle all items carefully if you think you may need to return something, as any handling beyond what is necessary to check the suitability and functioning may reduce the value of the product and your potential refund amount.
• If your item qualifies for replacement and the seller has it in stock and is able to fulfill it, you may request a replacement at no cost instead of a refund.
• Buyer Protection: For eligible orders, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described, you may receive a refund for up to 90 days from the day the order was delivered after the return window has closed. You may be required to return the item.
• Final sale items cannot be returned or replaced. 
• Most refunds are issued and processed within 3 to 10 business days after we receive and process your return.
• If a refund is issued at dropoff before the seller or TikTok Shop is able to review the condition of the item, and the returned item doesn't match the condition in which it was originally shipped, then you may be recharged the original price of the item.
• If you request a chargeback with your payment provider, an additional refund will not be issued by TikTok Shop or the seller. Final decisions regarding the chargeback are made by your payment provider.
• Our Shop reserves the right to refuse refunds or prevent future purchases if a customer's behavior is, in TikTok Shop's sole discretion, abusive or fraudulent. Review our Buyer Policy for more information.
